集气管线清管器旁通量计算模型探讨

摘    要:在两相流管道中,使用旁通清管器可以吹扫积液段塞流,缓解末端液体处理器负荷。本文主要叙述了用于两相流管道旁通清管器的工作原理,在管道水力学基本理论基础上,针对长庆与壳牌合作区块的CB清管实例,用输气管道基本理论和流体力学孔口泄流理论对该管进行旁通量计算,通过比较、优选及校正,确定了苏里格气田集输管线旁通清管计算模型。模型的可靠性还有待进一步验证。

Abstract:In the two-phase pipeline bypass pigging can purge fluid slug flow,relieve the end liquid processor load.This paper describes the working principle for the two-phase pipeline pigging of the bypass.Based on the fundamental theory of the pipeline hydraulics,for instance pigging of CB pipe for Changqing block cooperation with shell, the bypass pipe pigging cal- culation with the basic theory of gas pipeline hydrodynamic theory of discharge orifice.By comparison,the preferred and calibration to determine gas gathering pipelines bypass pigging computing model in Sulige gas field.Reliability of the model to be further verified.
