新型曼尼希碱酸化缓蚀剂的合成及性能研究

摘    要:酸化是油气井增产的一项有效措施。为了防止酸液对金属设备和管柱的腐蚀,酸化作业时必须在酸液中加入一定量的酸化缓蚀剂。本文以六次甲基四胺、苯乙酮和丙炔醇为原料,合成了一种新型曼尼希碱酸化缓蚀剂。实验结果表明,在温度为90屯、用量为0.5%时,SH-1酸化缓蚀剂能控制腐蚀速率低于2.0g/(m^2·h),具有良好的缓蚀性能。

Synthesisand performance properties of compounded mannich base corrosion inhibitor for hydrochloric acidizing fluids

Abstract:It is an effective measure of increasing production in the oil gas well by using acidizing treatment.To prevent the corrosion of metal from acidizing fluid , a certain amount of corrosion inhibitors must be put into the fluid.A new Mannich base was synthesized by hexamethylenetetramine,acetyl benzene and propargyl alcohol.And the results showed that, the rate of corrosion was less than 2.0 g/(m^2·h) by adding 0.5 %inhibitor SH-1 which had excellent inhibiting performance at 90 ℃.
