摘    要:介绍了W214系列催化剂在独山子天利实业乙烯裂解C9两段加氢装置上的工业应用情况。工业运行中一段加氢产物双烯值小于2.0gI2/100g,溴值基本小于30.0gBr2/100g,较好的脱除了双烯烃、苯乙烯等易结焦物质,并饱和了部分单烯烃,减轻了二段加氢装置的负担。二段加氢产物总硫小于2.0mg/kg,溴值小于3.0gBr2/100g,完全达到了生产要求。工业应用表明W214系列催化剂具有烯烃饱和能力强、加氢脱硫活性高、使用寿命长、原料适应范围广的优点。

Abstract:Application of the catalyst of W214 in plant of C9 hydrogenation is introduced. The product of the first-stage have less diene, styrene and monoolefine, so the dienes value is less than 2.0 glJl00g, the bromine number is less than 30.0 gBre/100g. The final product meets the separation requirements completely for the total sulfur is less than 2.0 mg/kg, and the bromine number is less than 3.0 gBr2/100g. Results show that the properties of the W214 catalyst are excellent in operations, the hydrogenation effect is remarkable in the activity, stability and extensive applicability.
