油田酸化用助排剂研究进展

摘    要:根据调研公司在酸化施工过程中,油井出现的乏酸返排的问题,通过总结现阶段国内外解决酸液返排的方法,即向酸液中加入助排剂来提高乏酸返排效率。本文总结了国内外主要应用的5大类酸液助排剂的基本组成和性能,讨论了未来助排剂的发展趋势,提出了新型助排剂产品与配套返排工艺相结合,实现经济与环境友好双赢,为国内酸化施工提供有效方法和依据。

Research progress of cleanup additives for oilfield acidification

Abstract:According to research on a significant emission of waste acid of acidification con- struction in the oil and gas development, to summarize and analyze both foreign and domes- tic treatment of acid flowing back, namely the method of add to cleanup additive in acid to improve the efficiency of flowing back. In this paper, the basic composition and properties of five main cleanup additives used in domestic and abroad were summarized, and discussed the development trends of cleanup additives in future, also a new effective flowing back treatment craft of cleanup additive has been brought up, this craft provides approaches and basis for domestic oilfield enterprises in acidification construction.
