摘    要:柴达木盆地涩北气田目前出水严重,平均单井水气比大于1,涩北气田近两年对80余口井采取了泡沫排水采气工艺措施,但产水井占生产井比例及水气比均有不断上升的趋势.分析了目前涩北气田排水采气工艺所面临的3个挑战,并提出了相应对策.挑战一:涩北气田冬季气温低、地层水矿化度高,对泡排剂性能要求高;对策:采用具有较好起泡性、较高携液率、耐低温的泡排剂CQS-1.挑战二:涩北气田砂水同出的问题严重;对策:研发具有较好携砂携液性能的新型泡排剂,同时采用整体治水的方针.挑战三:采用密封胶皮材料的柱塞气举工艺在涩北气田试验失败;对策:采用刷式柱塞气举工艺来克服气井出砂对密封胶皮材料的损坏.

Abstract:At present,Sebei gas field in the Qaidam basin is producing water seriously,and the average water gas ratio of single well is greater than 1. In the past two years,more than 80 wells of Sebei gas field have been carried out foam deliquification technology,but water pro- duction wells for production well ratio and the average water gas ratio of single well has a rising trend.This paper analyzes 3 deliquification technology challenges in the Sebei gas field,and proposed corresponding countermeasures. First,temperatures in Sebei gas field is low in winter, and salinity is higher,so the foaming agent performances moe requirements; the paper proposes use foaming agent CQS-1 with better foamability, higher liquid carrying rate foaming and low temperature resistance. Second,a serious problems in Sebei gas field is pro- ducing water with sand. The paper reseaches the new type foaming agent with good carrying fluid and solid-carrying behavior.At the same time, the paper suggests provide an overall water management plan.Third,the plunger gas lift deliquification with sealing rubber material is failed in the Sebei gas field. The paper advices using brush type plunger gas lift deliquifi-cation technology to overcome the damage of gas sand sealing rubber material.
