磁性水滑石的合成及性能的研究

摘    要:通过化学沉淀法将磁性基质与镁铝水滑石进行组装,制备出磁性镁铝水滑石,并对其催化性能进行了探索性研究,借助XRD表征手段对制备的镁铝水滑石的结构进行了分析。结果表明将磁性基质与层状材料组装制备的可行性。将其在650℃焙烧形成的磁性固体碱用于催化丙醇与DMC的酯交换合成碳酸二丙酯的反应,研究了反应条件对催化活性的影响,探索了磁性固体碱催化剂催化丙醇与DMC催化酯交换合成碳酸二丙酯反应的最佳反应条件。

Abstract:In this article magnetic matrix with Mg, Al-hydrotalcite were assembled by espe- cial way.Synthesised Mg-Al hydrotalcite-like magnetic and catalytic properties of their ex- ploratory were investigated.We are characterized by means of XRD with the preparation of the Mg,Al-hydrotalcite structure analysis.The result showed that the magnetic matrix and the layered material prepared by the feasibility of assembly.Its calcination at 650 ~C to form the magnetic solid base catalyst for alcohol and DMC synthesis of the ester-exchange reaction of dimethyl-propyl the effects of reaction conditions on the catalytic activity, and explore the magnetic solid base catalyst for alcohol and DMC catalytic synthesis of ester-exchange reac- tion of dimethyl-propyl optimum reaction conditions were investigated.
