摘 要: | 宝侧1井是宝浪油田老井改造上产的重要工程。宝1井区储层属于典型低孔一特低孔、低渗~特低渗储层,存在中等程度水敏、碱敏,毛细管效应以及固相污染等储层损害的主要因素。室内筛选了非渗透处理剂,并对屏蔽暂堵方式进行了岩心渗透率恢复实验,优选出了复合屏蔽暂堵剂。在宝侧1井施工中,通过严格控制滤失量、改善滤液表面活性以及采用有效地屏蔽暂堵等技术,较好的解决了储层污染、煤层垮塌、硬质泥岩分散等问题。本井的施工对低渗储层的保护机理有了一定认识,复合屏蔽暂堵技术与强抑制钻井液体系的复合应用见到了效果。

Abstract: | Baoce 1 well is an important project on the improvement of old wells production in Ba01ang oilfield. The reservoir of Baoce 1 well is low porosity-low permeability, the main factors of reservoir damage are middle water sensitivity, alkali sensitivity, capillary effects and solid-phase pollution and so on. Non-invasion additive is chosen in laboratory. Shield- ing temporary plugging agent is chosen by core permeability recovery tests to evaluating shielding and temporary plugging mechanism. The filtration control, the filtrate surface activ- ity improvement and effective shielding and temporary plugging technology solved the reser- voir pollution, coal collapse, hard shale dispersion and other issues. Construction of the well brings a certain understanding of low permeability reservoir protection mechanism. The ap- plication of shielding and temporary plugging technology with high inhibition drilling fluid system is effective. |
