摘    要:交联聚合物在改善油水流度比、堵塞地层大孔道等方面有着和聚合物相近的作用。因此交联聚合物驱技术是油田改善注水井开发效果,实现油藏稳产的有效手段。利用优化设计软件对西达里亚h1-1油层DK15井组交联聚合物驱的3个主要注聚参数段塞PV数、聚合物段塞浓度和交联剂浓度进行了优化设计。在优化设计的基础上利用数值模拟对设计出的38种参数组合进行了增油量计算。并进一步回归出了增油量计算方程,公式计算结果与数值模拟结果对比,计算结果最大相对误差7.66%,38个方案平均相对误差2.27%,说明增油量方程精度高。在优化注入参数中应用该方法可优选出最佳注入参数,以较低的聚合物用量取得较高的增油量。

Abstract:Crosslinked polymer and polymer has a similar role in improving the mobility ratio, plug big pore formation and so on.So the cross-linking polymer flooding technology is an ef- fective means to improve the development effect of water injection wells and achieve stable production of reservoir.Three main parameters which affect cross-linking polymer flooding of DK 15 well group in Xidaliya reservoir are designed by using design of experiment in this paper. Oil increment are calculated according to 38 combinations of the parameters by reser- voir simulation , and the regression equation for oil increment is obtained by using DOE.The average relative error of 38 combinations is 2.27 % which shows the oil increment equation with high precision.
