LNG液化站产品参数讨论

在液化天然气（LNG）的生产过程中，为了满足运输和安全的需要，通常都会对液化天然气（LNG）产品进行过冷处理，进行过冷处理需要消耗不少的能量，增加产品的单位能耗，降低产品的经济性。为了降低在液化天然气（IJNG）生产中的能耗，从整体角度出发，对LNG的生产、运输和使用时的状态变化进行了分析，讨论总结出了比较合理的LNC产品参数方案。一般来说，对于没有特殊要求的液化天然气（LNG）只需要做简单的过冷处理，以达到降低能耗的目的。所以，在液化天然气（LNG）的生产过程中，应根据实际需求合理控制产品的参数。

Research regarding product parameters of LNG station

In the production and transportation process of LNG, factory usually adopted under cooling method to fulfill needs of transportation and security. However LNG under cooling method consumes too much energy, as energy consumption per LNG product unit get in- creased, the LNG product economy reduced as well. We try to bring down the energy cost of LNG production from overall point of view, analyzed the state change of LNG during produc- tion, transportation and using, discussed and summarized optimized LNG production param- eters. Generally, if there is no special requests for LNG, simple under cooling processing method is proper to bring down energy cost. So LNG production parameters should be ad- justed as per actual demands.
