摘    要:火北地区是新疆油田公司致密油勘探的重要战场之一,气体钻井技术是解决该区石炭系地层厚度大、可钻性差的有效方法。应用火北地区空气钻井井段获取的岩屑、相应钻井液及邻近对应地层获取的岩心,在室内从起泡性、表面张力、润湿反转能力、与钻井液配伍性和抑制性方面对润湿反转剂进行综合评价,最终给出了加量为1.5%的RSFZ-5配方适合于该地区地层。通过对几口探井的成功应用,表明优选的润湿反转剂完全满足该地区气体钻井气液转换工艺的要求。

Optimization of the reverse wetting agent and application in gas drilling

Abstract:The Huobei district is one of the important battlefields of tightoil exploration in Xinjiang oilfield.The gas drilling technology is an effective method to solve the problem of the carboniferous formation thickness and poor drillability in this region.Base on cuttings relevant drilling fluid and obtaining cores in nearby corresponding formation in the Huobei district, the properties of reverse wetting agent,such as foamability,surface tensions,wetting reversal ability ,drilling fluid compatibility and inhibition, are evaluated. It has found that the reverse wetting agent of 1.5 % RSFZ-5 is suitable for the formation in this region. The sue- cessful application of several exploration wells in the Huobei district, shows that the pre- ferred reverse wetting agent completely meets the technological requirements of gas-liquid conversion of gas drilling in this region.
