摘    要:气田生产过程中,始终存在气井堵塞情况,其中由于地面管线中形成水合物导致的井堵关井所占频次极高,严重影响气田产能发挥.地面涡流技术作为一种新型采集输管线增产提效技术,可以有效清除管线积液、降低输差、提高输送效率、增加油气井产量、预防管线腐蚀、结垢,在论述了地面涡流技术的工艺原理、技术优点的基础上,总结了该技术在长庆子洲气田所取得的主要成果、经验与认识,并进一步提出了深入进行科研、试验与攻关的可行性建议,进一步加快该项工艺技术在我国的推广应用步伐.

Abstract:The gas production process, there is always gas blockage, which led to the ground because the wells hydrate formation in the pipeline shut-share blocking high frequency, se- riously affecting the gas capacity to play. Ground vortex technology as a new acquisition pipeline production and efficiency technology that can effectively remove fluid lines, reduce lost poor, improve transport efficiency, increase production of oil and gas wells, pipelines prevent corrosion, scaling, discusses the ground in the process of eddy current technology principle, on the basis of technical merit, summarizes the main results of the technology in the Changqing gas field in the sub-continent gained experience and knowledge, and further recommendations made in-depth feasibility research, testing and research, to further acceler- ate the process technology promotion pace in China.
