立井井筒过含水老巷注浆堵水及施工技术

摘    要:针对立井井筒过含水老巷的特殊情况,结合长期矿山施工经验,提出了采用水下定点注浆堵水、强化支护和壁后注浆加固围岩等办法对井筒进行注浆加固.该次老巷注浆堵水从工作面接近老巷顶板3.5 m处开始准备,到堵水结束共耗时6.7 d,消耗水泥340 t,水玻璃180 t,填入骨料17 m3.采用该方法进行注浆堵水后,老巷段和上下井壁无任何异常,确保了施工的顺利进行.
