摘    要:近年来,我国水电施工中使用的缆索起重机越来越多,缆索起重机制动系统应用盘式制动器也比较常见,一般情况下,盘式制动器发生“抱死”或“溜钩”现象,多是在制动器的衬垫与制动盘间隙及制动器制动力矩上找问题,经过间隙调整,力矩值调整就能解决问题;但一味地墨守这种观点,不分析因果和过程,问题或事故就容易出现,水电站使用的20T平移式缆索起重机先发生每间隔2 s的“抱死”现象,经过调整力矩大小继而发生的溜钩现象,就是这种问题的展现。

Abstract:The translation cable car was used more and more widely in hydropower engineering construction recently.The slip accidents usually emerge in the control system of cable car,with the failure of lock or slip in common.The causes of accidents always rest with clearance between gasket and controller or moment of controller.After adjusting clearance,the moment was well-balanced.If routinism and do not analysis the causation,accidents would be happen.The lock accident occurred in hydropower station every 20s after adjusting the moment was the typical problem.
