摘    要:渤海油田探井深部井段地层倾角大,而且岩性多变,砂泥岩互层频繁,钻井过程中井斜问题非常严重,且地层容易垮塌。简述了渤海2井、3井的地层特征,评价了以往高陡构造防斜打快技术,介绍了POWER-V及PD-XCEED垂直导向钻井工具的防斜打直机理及其各自的应用方法。通过在渤海油田钻井过程中的应用,对两种垂直导向钻井工具进行了对比,并在技术和效益方面对两者的应用情况做了详细的评价。实践表明,两种垂直导向钻井工具都能有效地解决防斜和加大钻压之间的矛盾,变被动防斜为主动防斜,对高陡构造防斜打快、降低钻井成本等方面具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:For the deep sections of the exploration wells in Bohai Oil Field, the existing characteristics which include high formation dip angle, a lot of sandstone/mudstone interbedding, severe hole deviation problems of drilled wells and formation collapsing. This paper summarizes the geological features of Bohai-2 and Bohai-3 Wells, evaluates the vertical & fast drilling technique used at high dip angle sections, and introduces the theory of POWER-V and PD-XCEED steering vertical drilling tools and their application method. The comparison between two types of steering vertical drilling tools is conducted through the field application in Bohai Oil Field and detailed evaluation on the application performance of the two types of tools on technical and beneficial aspects is also carried out. The field application demonstrates that both of the two types of steering vertical drilling tools can effectively solve the contradictory relation between well deviation control and high WOB. The passively well deviation control method can be changed to actively control, and it also provides good direction for vertical & fast drilling and low drilling cost in high dip angle formation sections.
