毛/粘胶/涤纶喷气涡流纱的开发及成纱性能分析

摘    要:开发18.5 tex毛/粘胶/涤纶20/60/20三组分喷气涡流纱,深入研究了各组分的性能特点及在纺纱过程中的注意事项,确定了前纺的工艺过程及主要参数,并对喷气涡流纺机的主要纺纱工艺参数进行了优化选择.对所纺纱线的成纱强度、毛羽、耐磨性、抗起球性等指标作了测试,与毛/粘胶/涤纶三组分环锭纱作了对比分析.结果表明,此三组分喷气涡流纱的断裂强度较低、毛羽少、耐磨性较好、粗节较多、棉结较少,条干较差.

Abstract:In this paper,18.5 tex wool/viscose/polyester 20/60/20 MVS yarn was developed.The yarn strength,hairiness,abrasion resistance and so on were tested.And it made comparison analysis with wool/viscose/polyester ring spun yarn.The results showed that the multi-component MVS yarn had few hairiness,better abrasion resistance,more slub,few neps and poor evenness,was slightly lower than that of ring spun yarn.
