甘油环境下不同涂层配副摩擦力矩的对比研究

摘    要:利用磁控溅射技术在单晶硅P(111)、不锈钢表面分别制备了类金刚石(DLC)、CrN、TiN涂层。采用CSM球-盘摩擦磨损试验机,对比研究高接触应力下在甘油环境中三种涂层摩擦学性能,采用Falex-6多样品试验机对比分析了不同涂层配副在不同的载荷下摩擦力矩的变化规律。结果表明,在甘油环境下三种涂层摩擦系数均低于0.1,DLC和CrN涂层磨损较小;DLC-CrN涂层配副在不同接触应力下的整个测试过程中最大摩擦力矩均比较小,且样块表面均无明显的磨损及划痕,为甘油环境中的最优配副。

Abstract:The tribological properties in glycerin environment of the surface coatings, including diamond-likecarbon(DLC),CrN and TiN thin films synthesized by DC unbalanced magnetron sputtering on substrates of p-type Si (111) and stainless steel, were experimentally investigated with scanning electron microscopy, CSM ball-disk friction/wear and Falex-6 multi-sample testers. The results show that the DLC, CrN and TiN coatings significantly improved the surface tribological behavior in glycerin environment. To be specific, the friction coefficients of the DLC, CrN and TiN coatings were less than 0. 1;and the wear-rates of the DLC and CrN coatings were relatively small. The friction torque of DLC-CrN coatings was the minimum under different contact stress, and no observable wear tracks existed, indicating that the DLC-CrN coatings were the optimal matching pair in glycerin environment.
