火炕采暖效果影响因素的数值模拟和分析

摘    要:目的分析不同影响因素对火炕提升室内温度效果的影响,确定火炕理想的结构形式.方法采用火灾动力学模拟软件FDS4.0,应用大涡模拟方法的场模型、辐射模型,模拟分析不同结构火炕的炕面温度、烟道进出口温度以及室内温度,确定理想的节能火炕模型.结果有挡烟板且下炕面离地高度为36 cm的吊炕,采暖效果最佳,其次为有挡烟板离地高度为24 cm的吊炕,无挡烟板的落地炕采暖效果最差.结论火炕内烟气的紊流度和流程密切影响火炕散热性能和室内温度,在吊炕模型中室内温度还与吊炕的下炕面离地高度相关,考虑到实际生活要求吊炕模型的离地高度应结合实际情况合理取值.

Abstract:Numerical simulation and site tests are performed to analyze the heating effect of Kang. Fire Dynamic Simulator(FDS), including LES (Large Eddy Simulator)model and radiation model, is adopted to simulate different structure of Kang. The surface temperature of Kang, indoor air temperature, the inlet and outlet temperature of chimney of Kang are tested and analyzed. The simulation and test result illustrates that the height of 36cm of hanged Kang is best with block board of smoke and hanged Kang surface. The turbulence and process of gas impact indoor temperature greatly, and the room model temperature is related to the height of hanged Kang surface ,but the altitude that hanging Kang can be raised should be restricted according to the real life needs. The height of Kang should be the reasonable value of the actual situation.
