| Abstract: | In this paper, the general situation and present development condition of main machine equipment for
pumped storage stations in China are introduced. The functions of pumped storage stations and proper proportion in
electric power system are expounded. The difficult points in design and manufacture are pointed out. The suggestion
of making main machine equipment in our country for pumped storage stations is offered. |
