| 摘 要： | 辣根过氧化物酶是一种重要的酶制剂,被广泛地应用在分析检测、有机合成、生物转化和食品工业等领域,本文评述了近十几年来国内对外辣根过氧化物酶固定化研究的若干新进展,并对该领域的发展作了扼要的展望.
