喷嘴入口压力控制系统仿真及动态特性分析

摘    要:以先导式比例溢流阀作为压力控制元件,压力传感器作为压力反馈元件,形成闭环控制系统,实现对喷嘴入口处的压力进行精确的控制.推导出了该系统的动态响应数学模型,介绍了控制系统的工作原理,对系统的动态特性进行分析.将理论分析结果与实际系统的测试结果进行了比较,其实际控制精度可达0.02MPa.

Abstract:The closed loop control system was formed by using pilot proportional relief valve as control-unit, pressure transducer as feeding back unit, the accurate control of the nozzle entrance pressure was realized, and the numerical model of dynamic characteristic was set up. The operation principle of the control system was introduced, dynamic characteristic of the control system was analyzed. The theoretical analysis result was compared with the experimental result. Practical control precision can be up to 0. 02MPa.
