设计的机制—从芬兰维基总部设计合作谈起

笔者以亲身参与的中芬合作设计为实例,以设计机制为论述重心,以芬兰设计与政治经济发展的差异为思考发端,从政府对设计创新的政策支持、业主对设计目标的清晰界定、建筑设计团队对设计过程的开放态度、专项设计团队对设计成果的理念趋同四个方面管中窥豹,思考其后隐含的制度优势。

SYSTEM OF DESIGN： SPEAKING FROM CORPORATING WITH VIIKI SYNERGY BUILDING IN FINLAND

As a member of ＇Chinese Finland Design Corporation＇,the author takes his personal experience as an example to focus on the System of Design.Beginning from the difference in architectural,political and economic development between Finland and China,this article makes an analysis on the advantages of the system in four aspects： government＇s support on the design innovations in policies,owners＇ clear definitions on the design aim,design team＇s open mind during the design progress and specialists＇ agreement on the design concept.
