| 摘 要： | 对智能管道的定义内涵及核心关键要素等进行分析和综述,并从用户、CP/SP、运营商的角度阐述智能管道的本质。提出智能管道的目的并不单单是实现流量经营,而是通过管道的智能化让用户获得更加满意的服务,让运营商提升收益,重构价值链核心,让SP/CP增强服务内容的吸引力和竞争力,也为开展聚合平台打下基础。

| Abstract: | It analyzes the key core elements and illustrates the nature of the smart pipe from the aspects of the user,the CP/SP,operator.It explains that the purpose of smart pipe is not simple traffic operation,but to provide better service for the user and improve operators’ profit and enhance the attraction and competition of the content provided by SP/CP,to lay the foundation for platform aggregation. |
