| 摘 要： | 运营商投入了很多资金建设了庞大的IP网络,但运营商的收益并没有相应地增长,出现了增量不增收的现象。为了摆脱目前这种不利的局面,需要把网络打造成智能管道,以智能管道为武器,更好地从事流量经营,达到开源节流的目的。
