大型铝铸件组芯(型)造型工艺

摘    要:在铸造生产实践中常会遇到尺寸很大或形状较复杂的大型铝铸件,组芯(型)造型铸造工艺对解决以上问题有着较好的效果。作者旨在通过对直尺、篮体、集油槽、下模架这四种典型产品组芯(型)造型工艺案例的分析,着重介绍贯穿于其中的工艺设计理念。

Abstract:It will often need to pour Large-sized aluminum alloy castings with over-sized or more complicated shapes during casting production, and the core-assembly moulding process has an effect on solving the above casing problem. In this article, It is aimed at introducing the process design concept through the analysis on 4 cases of typical products core-assembly moulding processes, such asruler, basket frame, oil-receiving wells and frame of lower pattern.
