摘    要:本文研究了炭黑分散剂HT-5在汽车胎面胶中的应用,试验结果表明:使用炭黑分散剂HT-5可以显著降低胶料的门尼粘度,延长焦烧时间,提高炭黑的分散性。在轮胎胎面胶配方中加入2.5份时,胶料的综合性能最好。

Abstract:The application of a functional carbon black dispersing agent HT-5 to the tread compound of the t ire was investigated. The test results showed that the addition of carbon black dispersing agent HT-5 resulted in much lower Mooney viscosity of tread compound, the increase of scorch time and improved carbon black dispersity. And the excellent comprehensive properties could be obtained by adding 2.5 phr HT-5.
