摘    要:研究了磷渣复合粉掺量与细度、集料、早强剂和膨胀剂等对水泥基灌浆料工作性、力学性能及体积稳定性的影响。研究表明磷渣复合粉有利于灌浆料工作性能及后期强度的提高,以特细砂为骨料,甲酸钙为早强剂,塑性膨胀剂同中后期膨胀剂HCSA与MgO复合使用,可制备出流动性能高,早期及后期强度高,微膨胀等优点的高性能水泥基无收缩灌浆料。

Abstract:The effects of the mixing amount and fineness of phosphorous slag-limestone composite powder and aggregate, early strength agent, expansive agent on the workability, strength and volume stability of cement-based grouting material were investigated. Result showed that, the use of phosphorous slag-limestone composite powder was beneficial to workability and post-strength of grouting material, under the compound used of plasticizing expanding agent, HCSA and MgO expanding agent,and respectively superfine sand was used as aggregate and calcium formate was early strength agent, a kind of new type high capability and none shrinkage cement-based grouting material with high fluidity, early and late high strength, and micro expansion could be obtained.
