摘 要: | 总结了球墨铸铁生产中较常用的球化处理工艺,论述了冲入法、盖包处理法、型内球化法、过流球化处理法、转包法、钟罩处理法、压力加镁法、喂线法的各自特点,并从处理包的结构和处理方法及优缺点上进行厂比较,指出钟罩处理法具有反应剧烈、镁的回收率低且不稳定,压力加镁法应特别注意球化时其密封性和安全性的问题。同时对有发展前景、适于今后推广应用的的球化处理方法进行了展望,并提出了球化处理理论研究的发展方向。

Current Situation in Spheoridized Treatment of Ductile Iron and Its Technique Prospect |

Abstract: | Survey was made of nodular production and spheoridizing treatment technique used commonly. Each individual technique characteristics were dealt with in treatments such as impacting, ladle covering, spheoridizing within moulds, overflowing spheoridization, rotating ladle, bell-jar process,putting-in magnesium by pressure and line-feeding,etc. Comparisions were made of both advantages and disadvantages in ladle structure with treating technique. Among them, bell-jar process has sharp reaction, low rate in magnesium recovery and instability. As for magnesium putting-in by pressure, sealing and safety must be specially paid attention to spheoridizing procedures. Meanwhile, prospect and foreground were suggested about future application and spheoridizing technique worthy spreading. The writer proposed the research direction for spheoridization theory and its development. |
