乐滩水电站工程弃渣场选址及其水土保持设计

摘    要:针对乐滩水电站工程及坝区地形的特点提出了弃渣场选址原则,在不影响红水河河段的防洪、行洪和通航能力的前提下将主体工程的弃渣场主要布置在坝址上游一级阶地上,并分析了弃渣场对河道行洪能力的影响;针对3个弃渣场不同的特点进行水土保持设计,同时进行了弃渣场稳定性分析.

Abstract:The principals for selection of spoil yard were put forward according to the characteristics of Letan hydropower plant project and the topography of dam site area.The spoil yards of major works are mainly arranged at the first-order terrace upstream of dam site without affecting the flood control,flood travel and navigation capacity of Hongshui river section.An analysis was made on the influence of spoil yard on the flood travel capacity of river course.Soil-and-water conservation design was conducted according to different features of three spoil yards.Stability of spoil yards was also analyzed.
