摘    要:介绍了东明石化集团Ⅱ套重油催化裂化装置使用RFG—DMR降烯烃催化剂的情况。该催化剂占系统藏量83%时进行的标定结果表明:该剂降低汽油烯烃含量效果比较明显。汽油烯烃体积分数由48.56%降到39.72%.下降了8.84%。汽油辛烷值没有降低。产品分布得到改善。重油裂化能力强。于气和焦炭选择性好。轻质油收率增加了1.07%,总液体收率增加了1.56%。

Abstract:RFG-DMR olefin reducing catalyst in the heavy oil FCCU of Dongming Petrochemical Group was expounded. Evaluation result showed that the catalyst decreasing olefin content in gasoline was ideal after RFG-DMR in the system catalyst inventory reached 83%. The olefin content in gasoline dropped from 48.56% to 39.72%,decreased by 8.84 percentage. Gasoline Octane Number didn't decrease, however, the product slate was reasonable. The catalyst had a strong ability for residuum conversion, furthermore, the catalyst had the advantages of good dry gas and coke selectivity. The total liquid yield had been increased by 1.56 percentage with a light oil yield increased by 1.07 percentage.
