5-硝基水杨酸的合成新工艺研究

摘    要:以2-氯-5-硝基苯甲酸为原料,在碱性条件下经催化水解、酸化合成5-硝基水杨酸,考察了催化剂K2CO3/KOH的质量比、原料配比、反应温度、反应时间对产率的影响,获得了最佳的反应条件:原料配比(质量比)为K2CO3/KOH∶2-氯-5-硝基苯甲酸=80∶100,反应温度为130~140℃,反应时间为15h。在最佳反应条件下,产品收率可达95%以上。

Abstract:Using 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzoic acid as a raw material,5-nitrosalicylic acid was prepared by base-catalyzed hydrolysis and acidification. The effects of concentration of K_(2)CO_(3)/KOH,mass ratio of K_(2)CO_(3)/KOH and 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzoic acid, reaction temperature and time on the yield of 5-nitrosalicylic acid were investigated, and the optimal conditions were acquired.Under the optimal reaction conditions,which mass ratio of K_(2)CO_(3)/KOH and 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzoic acid was 80100,reaction temperature was 130~140 and reaction time was 15 h, the yield of 5-nitrosalicylic acid could be over 95%.
