低碳火电技术战略的相关选择

摘    要:火电行业的低碳技术应用是实现经济低碳化的关键之一,有必要从火电项目的前期工作到机组的投产运行全过程按低碳火电技术战略的要求作出正确选择。鉴此,探讨了低碳火电技术战略的相关选择,包括洁净煤发电技术,主机与辅机的选型与招标,绿色设计理念的贯彻,节能建筑的应用,机组的运行管理,低碳新技术如二氧化碳捕集封存技术、零能耗脱硫技术和海水脱硫技术的推广应用,以达到火电项目低能耗、低污染、低排放之目的。

Abstract:The application of lowcarbon technologies in thermal power industry is one of the keys to achieve lowcarbon economy, and it is necessary to make right choices according to low carbon technology strategy through the whole process of thermal power project from the initial preparation to the units operation. The choices correlative to the lowcarbon technology strategy in thermal power plants are discussed in this paper, including to adopt clean coal technology for power plant, to make selection and tender for the main and auxiliary equipments, to implement green design concepts, to set up energysaving buildings, to strengthen operation and management of units, to promote new lowcarbon technologies such as carbon dioxide capture and storage technology, zeroenergy desulfurization technology, sea water desulfurization technology and so on, in order to achieve low energy consumption, low pollution and low carbon emission of thermal power projects.
