摘    要:镁合金常温下塑性差、散热快,在共晶温度以上锻造时会发生严重开裂,这就决定了镁合金不宜采用常规锻造方法。等温锻造成形过程中温度基本不变,可消除镁合金在常温下成形性能差的问题。介绍了国内外镁合金等温锻造的发展及其成形温度和变形程度等工艺。

Abstract:Magnesium alloy has poor plasticity at room temperature, and will fracture when forged above its eutectic temperature. So it is usually processed by isothermal forging, which keep temperature steady to improve the plasticity of magnesium alloy. The development of isothermal forging process,its forming temperature and forming rate for magnesium alloy is introduced.
