摘    要:针对10 kV电力用户无功补偿增加线路有功损耗的问题,提出0.4 kV侧应采用无功过补偿运行方式,其中用电负荷无功应全额补偿,同时通过低压过补偿到变压器消耗的无功,真正实现无功补偿就地就近平衡。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of reactive power compensation for 10 kV power consumer,this paper proposed that the low voltage 4 kV side should adopt the reactive overcompensation operation mode. The reactive power compensation of power load is full, The reactive power compensations were balanced on the spot or in the vicinity from the low voltage overcompensation to the reactive power of transformer consumption.
