摘    要:本文从浮选药剂、浮选理论、分选工艺流程研究方面介绍了铁闪锌矿与磁黄铁矿分离技术现状,并指出了其分选过程中存在以下缺陷,铁闪锌矿高效捕收剂、活化剂性能不高及磁黄铁矿抑制剂选择性不够,理论研究不够全面,分选工艺流程单一。加强铁闪锌矿与磁黄铁矿分选理论研究、新型药剂开发、优化分选工艺流程将成为今后铁闪锌矿与磁黄铁矿分离研究的发展方向。

Abstract:This paper introduces the present conditions of the separation of marmatite and pyrrhotite from three aspects of flotation reagents, flotation theory and separation process, and points out the following defects in the process of its separation, the bad performance of marmatite efficient collector and activator, insufficient selectivity of pyrrhotite depression, uncomprehensive theoretical research and single separation technological process. Strengthening the theoretical research of separation between marmatite and pyrrhotite, developing new drugs, optimizing separation process will be the future development direction of marmatite and pyrrhotite separation research.
