摘    要:报道了以SnO为催化剂 ,通过乙酸和正戊醇反应合成了乙酸正戊酯 ,并探讨了诸因素对产率的影响及氧化亚锡催化酯化反应的机理。结果表明 :SnO具有良好的催化活性 ,醇酸物质的量比为 1 3∶1 ,催化剂用量为反应物料总量的 1 5 % ,反应时间 2 0h ,反应温度 1 2 8℃~ 1 34℃ ,产率可达 65 2 %。

Abstract:The synthesis of n amyl acetate using SnO as catalyst has been studied.The factors influencing the synthesis and the mechanism of catalytic esterification by SnO were discussed.The optimum condition is: molar ratio of n pentanol to acetic acid is 1.3∶1,the quantity of catalyst is equal to 1.5% feed stock,the reaction temperature is 128 ℃~134 ℃,and the reaction time is 2.0 h.SnO is an excellent catalyst for synthetizing n amyl acetate and its yield can reach over 65.2%.
