摘    要:水电站具有运行灵活、负荷调节速度快等特点,经常在电网中承担旋转备用服务,因此,厂内经济运行中考虑旋转备用很有必要。本文将实数编码退火遗传算法(Real Coded Annealing Genetic Algorithm,简称AGA)用于承担旋转备用的水电站经济运行中。该算法将遗传算法引入模拟退火算法,以提高其解决经济运行等联合优化调度问题的性能。本文对某一大型水电站分别采用了动态规划(DP)、遗传算法(GA)、模拟退火(SA)和退火遗传算法(AG)进行旋转备用经济运行模拟计算,计算结果表明退火遗传算法收敛速度快,精度较高,且容易实现,该算法在大型电站经济运行中有一定实用价值。

Abstract:Hydropower units are adopted in operating as the spinning reserve in power system,because of its flexibility and speediness in operation.The real coded annealing-genetic(AG) algorithm is presented in this paper to solve the economical operation problem of hydropower station,which provides the spinning reserve.The AG incorporates the GA into the SA to improve its performance for solving the optimization problems such as economical operation problem.The DP,the GA,the SA and the AG are used for the economical operation of a realistic large hydropower station.The results show that it is easy to impliment the AG in the economical operation,its convergence is fast and the precision is quite good,the AG is useful for the economical operation of large hydropower station.
