| 摘 要： | 分析了传统CO2气提法尿素生产工艺存在的问题；论述了由中国五环工程有限公司自主开发的高效冷凝、低安装高度的CO2气提法尿素生产工艺流程和技术特点；提出了关键设备高压管式全冷凝反应器的技术改进方案。结果表明，该工艺不仅适用于新、旧尿素装置的建设和改造，而且对水溶液全循环法尿素装置的节能改造尤为适用。
