摘    要:烧结机漏风问题直接影响烧结过程的各项技术经济指标。采用多种方法分别对烧结机各区段的漏风率进行了测定,并在此基础上提出漏风重点部位和定量数据,以便采取有利的防止漏风、降低漏风率的措施。在现场实施后证明是行之有效的,烧结机总漏风率下降了5.74%。

Abstract:The air leakage on sintering machine affects the technological and economical indexes of sintering process. Some methods were used to measure the air leakage in each zone of sintering machine. Then the critical positions of air-leakage were determined. With effective measures, the total air-leakage rate was reduced by 5 74 %
