摘    要:在某炼油厂污水处理车间曝气池活性污泥系统中,通过微生物镜检监测出30多种原生和后生微型动物。实验研究发现,固着型纤毛虫的种数最多,出现频率也较高。对曝气池微型动物种群出现的相关性分析证实:小口钟虫和固着型纤毛虫可作为曝气池中混合液溶解氧浓度的指示生物,当小口钟虫密度达到1440ind./mL时,溶解氧质量浓度达到3.0mg/L以上,固着型纤毛虫密度在250ind./mL以下时,则曝气池混合液溶解氧质量浓度低于0.5mg/L。草履虫和轮虫的多寡可判断水质净化的程度。自由游泳型纤毛虫数量多表明污泥的沉降性能较差,而大多数的钟虫等固着型纤毛虫的出现则是污泥沉降性能良好的指示生物。
