疏勒河流域水资源可持续利用与保护探讨

结合当前流域水资源与生态资源可持续利用的需要,探讨疏勒河流域及其下游生态环境的开发利用,指出区域经济与水土资源可持续利用必须坚持以生态建设和环境保护为重点、合理利用的策略,优化配置,因地制宜,正确把握人口、资源、环境与经济发展的辩证关系,协调处理好长期与近期、整体与局部的利益。

Sustainable utilization and protection of water resources in Shule River basin

For the sustainable development of water resources and ecological resources,the exploitation and utilization of Shule River basin and the ecological environments downstream were discussed.It is presented that the sustainable development of economy and water and soil resources must base on the principle of reasonable utilization of water resources,including optimal allocation,adjusting measures to local conditions,ascertaining the dialectical relationship among population,resources,environment and economic development,and coordinating the benefits of long-term and short-term as well as the part and the whole.
