焦化加热炉炉管的红外热象检测与剩余寿命在线评估

利用红外热成象技术，在金属材料剩余寿命预测理论研究的基础上，研制一套在线剩余寿命评估系统，实现了焦化加热炉炉管方便而快捷的在线检测与评估。研究结果在某厂焦化加热炉的改造中得到成功应用，在运行状况下进行炉管表面温度场的红外热象测试和剩余寿命预测，可为厂方决策提供科学依据。

SOFTWARE SYSTEM TO ESTIMATE THE REMAINING LIFE OF COKING HEATER TUBE ON-LINE WITH INFRARED IMAGE

Using infrared image technique of modern nondestructive testing, the primary goal of this research is to establish a on-line software system, which can estimate the remaining life of coking heater tubes, on the basis of theory research of metal remaining life. This on-line evaluation system carry out convenient testing and quick estimation method of coking heater tubes. We get the temperature values from these images by using software of infrared image, which is programmed by our research group. Not only the remaining life and damage mechanism can be given by the statistically analysis of temperatures, but also totally operation of heater can be given confidently by comparing of tubes results. Combined with the temperature and other operation data of testing, the state and remaining life of the heater tubes were assessed and analyzed by accumulated tube damage method using Larson-miller creep model. A new on-line statistically analysis method to obtain remaining tube life quickly and long-distance has been developed by the software. From actual results, the infrared testing of tubes surface temperature and remaining life estimation are successfully applied during operating. Scientific information about tubes repair or replacement are given out and this can help the engineer to make correct decision.
