摘    要:为快速鉴别生物制品中用常规方法难以鉴别的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌及丁酸梭菌,本实验室摸索并建立了用高分辨气相色谱同时定性定量测定上述厌氧菌培养物中挥发性和非挥发性脂肪酸的方法。对27份送检厌氧菌标本进行实测。结果双歧杆菌主要产乙酸,乳酸杆菌主要产乳酸,丁酸梭菌主要产丁酸,用此方法极易鉴别出三种厌氧菌。

Abstract:Fast method for simultaneous quantification of volatile fatty acids and non-volatile fatty acids in fermentative production of anaerobic bacteria by high resolution gas chromatography is described in order to identify Bifi-dobacteria, Lactobacillus and Clostridium butyricum in the biological products. Twenty seven samples of fermentative production of anaerobic microorganisms were examined with this method. The results show that Bifidobacteria mainly produces acetic acid, Lactobacillus mainly produces lactic acid,however, Clostridium butyricum mainly produces butyric acid. It is easy to distinguish them by high resolution gas chromatography.
