超声波碱水法提取贯叶连翘总黄酮

摘    要:用超声波碱水法提取贯叶连翘总黄酮,通过正交试验设计,对碱水浓度、提取时间、固液比进行优化,再对三种大孔吸附树脂进行静态吸附和洗脱效果的比较,选择适合的型号。结果是对得率影响最大的因素为碱水浓度,其次为固液比和提取时间;最佳提取工艺条件为30倍量的2%碱水,超声辅助提取60 min。在三种型号的大孔吸附树脂中AB-8的静态吸附及洗脱效果最好。

Abstract:Ultrasonic-assistant alkaline water method was applied to extract total flavonoids from SJW. By orthogonal test design, alkaline water concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time were optimized, and three types of macroporous resins were compared in static adsorption and elution performance. As the result, the most important factor was alkaline water concentration, followed by the solid-liquid ratio and extraction time. The best extraction condition was 30 times the amount of 2 % alkaline with ultrasonic-assisted extraction for 60 rain. Macroporous resin of AB-8 type was the best among three.
