应用纳米技术改善针刺非织造空气过滤材料性能的研究

摘    要:采用涂层法对针刺非织造空气过滤材料进行纳米氧化铝—氧化硅功能性整理,得到一种新的拒水拒油功能性过滤材料,其拒水性能达到4级,拒油性能达到130分。对针刺非织造过滤材料进行纳米二氧化钛功能性整理,得到光催化降解甲醛和抗菌功能性过滤材料,动态试验光催化纳米处理样1 h系统内甲醛浓度平均降低64%,而未经整理的原样为40.4%;将大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄杆菌分别注射在纳米处理样上,6 h后大肠杆菌几乎被全部杀死,金黄色葡萄杆菌的存活率为0。

Abstract:The nanometer Al_2O_3-SiO_2 was coated to the air filter materials made of needled punched nonwovens by coating method.One kind of new waterproof and guard against the oil functional filter material was obtained.Its resistant water performance achieves 4 levels,resistant oil performance amount to 130 scores.The nanometer TiO_2 was coated to the needled punched nonwovens materials,obtain new nano-photocatalysis functional materials: decomposition formaldehyde,antibacterial action.In the dynamic experiment,the system works an hour,the formaldehyde decomposition rate is 64% by using nano-photocatalysis functional materials,and 40.4% by using original materials.Colibacillus and the golden yellow grape bacillus were injected into the nano-photocatalysis functional materials separately,after six hours,the colibacillus completely is killed nearly,the golden yellow grape bacillus survival percentage is 0.
