| 摘 要： | 采用水利部目前推荐的首尾测算法对山西省涝河灌区2008年灌溉用水有效利用系数进行了测算，对测算结果进行了分析，提出了提高这一系数的具体措施意见。

| Abstract: | By means of the head-tail survey calculation method that is recommended by Ministry of Water Resources,the year 2008's water efficiency of irrigation in Laohe Irrigation District has been surveyed and calculated,the result of survey and calculation is analyzed,and some concrete measure suggestions to raise this efficiency are put forward. |
