摘    要:近几年冷轧带钢的质量异议绝大多数都是表面缺陷问题,冷轧带钢表面缺陷形态千变万化,产生原因错综复杂。炼钢、热轧、冷轧之间各工序都可直接或间接造成裂纹或类似裂纹缺陷的产生。本文对唐山建龙实业有限公司冷轧厂低碳铝镇静钢的裂纹缺陷进行了较为全面的分析。笔者认为各工序只有正确识别各种缺陷,加强对缺陷的检测和分析,找到问题的根源,采取相应的措施,才能改善产品质量。

Abstract:In recent years, quality objection about cold-rolling strip mostly fell into surface defects. The surface defect patterns of cold-rolling cracking changes complicatedly and the reasons are various also. Various processes, including steelmaking, hot-rolling, cold-rolling, can work cracks by directly or indirectly form. The surface cold-rolling cracks were analysed comprehensively of low carbon killed steel for Tangshan Jianlong Industrial Co. Ltd's Cold Rolling Mill. Through strengthening the defect detection and analyzing reasons, the roots of defects are identified correctly. Only by taking corresponding measures were product quality improved.
