聚丙烯纤维对高强混凝土性能的影响

摘    要:为了改善高强混凝土的性能,掺入聚丙烯纤维提高高强混凝土的抗裂性和耐久性.通过测试含聚丙烯纤维的高强混凝土的脆性系数、抗裂特征长度、渗透系数、氯离子扩散系数及抗冻等级,研究聚丙烯纤维对高强混凝土抗裂性、耐久性等性能的影响.研究结果表明:聚丙烯纤维能有效地降低高强混凝土的脆性系数和抗裂特征长度,使渗透系数和氯离子扩散系数稳定下降,抗冻耐久性稳定提高.从而有效地提高高强混凝土的抗裂性和耐久性等性能.

Abstract:In order to improve the properties of high strength concrete(HSC),a method of mixing polypropylene into HSC is presented to increase the crack resistance and durability of HSC.The effects of polypropylene on the crack resistance and durability of HSC were studied by testing the brittleness coefficient,characteristic length,permeability coefficient,diffusion coefficient of chloride ion and freeze-thaw resistance of HSC containing polypropylene.Test results show that the polypropylene fiber can decrease the brittleness coefficient,characteristic length,permeability coefficient and diffusion coefficient of chloride ion,and improve the frost resistance,which means that it can improve the crack resistance and durability of HSC effectively.
