随机需求下树形供应链网络库存控制策略研究

市场环境中，企业之间的供需关系决定了供应链存在的必然性及其形式的多样性。在供应链环境及结构稳定情况下，供应链上的各节点企业根据需求来调整相应的运作策略。由此提出了弹性订货这一新的概念，即根据成本最小化原理，利用非中心化策略下的订货批量和订货次数，确定订货弹性系数，得出了树形供应链的运作策略。

A Strategic Research on Tree-shaped Supply Chain Web Stockpile Control under Random Demand

In the market environment, the supply--demand relationship among enterprises deter- mines the necessity for the existence of chain supply and the diversity of its forms. Under the stable circumstances and structures of the supply chain, all the enterprises on its nodes regulated their operational strategies according to their demands. This paper put forward a new conception of elastic order. On the minimal cost principle, it determines the elastic order coefficient by making use of the order batch quantity and times under the non--centralized strategy, and thus comes to the operational strategy of the tree--shaped supply chain.
