STC单片机抽油机节能控制系统的研制

摘    要::针对当今抽油机浪费电能相对严重的实际情况,采用STC89C58单片机技术和就地电容补偿原理对抽油机节能控制系统进行了研究;介绍了抽油机的负荷特点和目前国内普遍使用的几种抽油机节能控制方法,较详细论述了系统的工作原理,并给出了系统的硬件组成电路和主要软件程序的流程图;且通过实验表明,该控制系统可使抽油机在其负载变化时始终处于较佳运行状态,达到节能降耗的目的,具有较好的控制效果.

Abstract:Aiming to power waste conditions of oil-drawing machines nowadays,saving energy control system for oil-drawing machines is developed by use of STC89C58 single-drawing machines and several popular ways in home about saving energy control system for it,carefully discusses hardware circuit of control system,and gives out flowchart of major system software.It is proved that this control system can make oil-drawing machines in the better operating state through experiment all the time even if load is changed.The object of saving energy and decreasing loss is obtained.The control system processes fine control effect.
