摘    要:利用扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对绿茶多糖及酶解绿茶多糖试样进行显微成像,得到颗粒状或由单个颗粒聚集成的形貌结构。结果表明:改进制样方法的扫描电镜观察结果与原子力显微镜成像基本一致,说明了改进后的扫描电镜制样方法是一种简单有效的方法。实验结果还在一定程度上解释了绿茶多糖经酶解后其微观形态的变化情况。

Abstract:A new way has been found that dropping the polysaccharides on a fresh mica,fixing them with 1% OsO4 for two hours,sticking them on sample holder directly and plating them with platinum,then a clear figure of microdot structure was under the scanning electron microscope.
